Since 1999, the number of callers is almost steady at around 1800. This points to the need of additional efforts to encourage individuals to seek emotional support while undergoing crises.

The percentage of Females using the service has been increasing. Almost 50% of total contacts were from women over the past year.

Most callers (~75%)  prefer to use the telephone for contacting. 

The share of "Visits" is increasing and has almost doubled in 2003 from the 10% of 1996.

Callers seem to be preferring other modes over "Letters" in recent years.
